Dried Single
Chamomile Flowers
$10 BY WEIGHT
What it is
Whole dried chamomile flowers, loose by weight — the soft, apple-sweet standby for the end of a hard day.
The sensory experience
This is the tea that smells like the inside of an orchard — honeyed, a little green, faintly like apples that haven’t quite ripened. It never goes bitter, no matter how long you leave it, which is rare and worth something.
Materials
- Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla)
Provenance
Hand-picked at full bloom and air-dried slowly, so the flowers keep their color instead of going brown.

- The backbone of Viriditas — Comfort
- Added to a warm bath, tied in a scrap of cloth

- Chamomile is in the daisy/ragweed family — if you're allergic to ragweed, marigolds, or daisies, patch test first or check with a doctor.
